Scaling case acquisition peyond Google PPC

New York City's personal injury market is one of the most competitive in paid advertising. Davidoff Law had relied on Google PPC to grow, but rising bid costs and unpredictable lead quality were eating into their margins. They needed a second channel they could own. We helped them build paid social from the ground up: structured creative testing to find what actually converted, customized landing pages matched to each ad, and a direct CRM API integration to pass signed-case events back to Meta — giving the algorithm the clean, downstream signals it needed to find real clients, not just clicks.

Most law firms measure success by form fills. We measured by retainers signed. By connecting Davidoff's CRM directly to the Meta Conversions API, we sent signed-case events — not just leads — back as optimization signals. Combined with rigorous creative testing and intake-specific landing pages, the system grew more efficient over time. The algorithm learned who actually hired Davidoff, and found more of them.
